The staff at Discovering Minds Child Development Center all have graduated from High School and many of them have college degrees and or have college hours, they are all First Aid/CPR trained and they are continually training in all aspects of Early Childhood Education.

Our staff receive several hours of professional development training each month as they required to have 30 hours per year.

A background check is a requirement for all staff at Discovering Minds Child Development Center in order to even he considered for employment.
If a potential employee cannot pass a state regulated background check then they cannot be considered for employment at Discovering Minds Child Development Center.
